Initial deep cleaning

A detailed first reset with extra attention to surfaces, blinds, window sills, baseboards, doors, doorknobs, light switches, sliding-door glass, and tracks.

Move-in / move-out

A full-property reset including the core checklist, plus inside window glass, inside and outside cabinets and appliances, and cleaning behind the refrigerator and stove. Restoration needs are evaluated separately.

Pre-listing / closing

A property-focused evaluation designed to help your home stand out for showings and reach the closing table with confidence. Recommendations may include strategic add-ons for occupied or vacant homes.

Maintenance plans

Reliable recurring care using the same core residential checklist, shaped around your home’s rhythm and priorities.

Priority hourly

A custom cleaning inquiry for clients who want to book by the hour and choose the priority areas that matter most — ideal for focused resets, touch-ups, or specific rooms.

FOR SELLERS + REALTORS

FROM PRE-LISTING
TO CLOSING.

FL Clean Co. can begin at pre-listing, support the home between showings, and return for a final clean-sweep at closing. Clients may also choose an at-closing move-out service only.

When a pre-listing plan continues through closing, the closing clean may be prorated from the pre-listing rate and include one maintenance visit between showings, based on the selected service plan.
